Tai Chi Forms

Class

Instructor: Amy Alderman

Six-class session

The next six weeks of Tai Chi classes will be in a time of transition due to the instructor’s changing schedule. The first three classes of the six-week period will be on Monday mornings, and the second half of classes will move to Friday mornings.

This class embodies the principles of qi gong and tai chi taught in level one while practicing a series of flowing meditative movements, known as a tai chi form.

Instructor Amy Alderman is certified in teaching the Tai Chi Fundamentals Adapted program, which is designed to make tai chi accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Alderman is also a trainee of Stanwood Chang and Peter Wayne, Ph.D., in the Tree of Life Tai Chi Teacher Training program, the regimen outlined by Dr. Wayne in the Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi.

All levels of experience are welcome, registration is required. Contact Amy Alderman to sign up via
