Susan Hulls
Susan has been into art and animals her entire life, making her artistic specialty animals. She has painted just about everything from rocks, furniture, tiles, windows, murals, wood, glass, awards, porcelain, gourds to actual paintings. Her main medium is pastels which she started in 2001 after a fox hunting accident put her inactive for several months. She has taken numerous classes and workshops from many different pastelists throughout the tri-state area.
Susan’s paintings immensely contributed to the business, Horsegift.com, her and her late husband created in the 90’s and operated until 2022. She has exhibited at the Galena Center for the Arts since 2023 and has taken and taught several classes at the center.
Retired now from breeding and showing horses, agility trialing with her corgis and teaching horsemanship Susan lives in Galena with her 2 Pembroke Welsh Corgis and her horse.
