We currently have one 135-square-foot lower-level studio available for an incredible $135 per month ($1 per sq. ft.). This uninterrupted workspace is ideal for focused creation.

Exhibition Opportunities: Featured entry in our annual Studio Artist Showcase.
To join our collaborative community, tenants must maintain an active Center Membership, use the space actively as a working studio (not for storage), and share responsibility for keeping common areas clean.
