Mindful Yoga with Kate
Kate's yoga class integrates mindfulness and breath-work. Participants are guided in basic Hatha Yoga postures while maintaining moment-to-moment awareness, utilizing the breath to enhance flexibility and exploring boundaries and limits in a gentle and caring way.

- Experience relief from physical and mental tension
- Each class ends with deep relaxation
