The Galena Center for the Arts is seeking tuba and euphonium players of all ages to participate in a festive Tuba Christmas holiday concert.

Rehearsal and performance will take place on the same day, with registration beginning at 10:30 am, rehearsal at 11 am and performance at 2 pm. Pre-registration is not required, but will assist in planning. Pre-registered participants will receive a souvenir event button.

Musicians are encouraged to dress festively and decorate their instrument; there will be prizes for best decorated instrument, oldest and youngest player, and individual who traveled the farthest.

$10 registration fee (cash or check) is due at rehearsal on December 10, 2023. Musicians will also need to bring own music stand and copy of the Carols for a Merry Tuba Christmas music, link to order will be added to this webpage soon. Be sure to allow sufficient time for delivery.
