Mindful Yoga with Kate

Kate's yoga class integrates mindfulness and breath-work. Participants are guided in basic Hatha Yoga postures while maintaining moment-to-moment awareness, utilizing the breath to enhance flexibility and exploring boundaries and limits in a gentle and caring way.

  • Focus on foundational breathing and postures
  • Develop strength, flexibility and balance
  • Experience relief from physical and mental tension
  • Each class ends with deep relaxation

Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat.
